Designation & Roles
GETs and DETs: GETs (Graduate Engineer Trainee) and DETs (Diploma Engineer Trainee) recruiting event at select campuses every year. Candidates are hired on the basis of academic excellence; ability to perform necessary task, work well in a team environment; and willingness to relocate. The selection process consists of a written examination, technical interview and Human Resources interview.
GMTs: You’ll join us as a GMTs (Graduate management trainee) and develop skills in all areas, from sales and marketing to customer service and finance.
There’s also the opportunity to specialise if you find an area of the business you’re particularly interested in, for example HR, Marketing, Designs or Finance.
You’ll start off as a management trainee and in as little as twelve to fifteen months, you could move to probation period after successful completion of training.
